All new clients will need to schedule a new client consultation which includes a required (GFE) Good Faith Exam (telehealth) visit. All weight loss clients will schedule a GFE initially, before starting month 3,5,7,9 & 11. GFE is required for all clients annually. Once you have scheduled a new client consultation please add the service you wish to have to your booking.
Cancellations: We understand life happens, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Please provide aat least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more that 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust your service or reschedule, as a courtesy to the next client.
Payment: Payment is due at the time of service. Cash, All major credit cards and Debit Cards are accepted.
Consent forms: All clients are required to complete and sign consent forms before their first treatments. These forms ensure you are informed about the procedure, potential risks, and aftercare. Consents must be updated annually or with any medical history changes.
